Jiu-Jitsu

CrossFit

CrossFit is not a specialized fitness program but a deliberate attempt to optimize physical competence in cardiovascular and respiratory endurance, stamina, strength, flexility, power, speed, coordination, agility, balance and accuracy.  Corrective exercise, training, and mobility work are used by our CrossFit program to improve mechanics in the human movement system. We also use techniques to address mobility issues resulting from acute injuries, surgery, and/or chronic lifestyle habits.

Muay Thai

Muay Thai is a combat sport of Thailand using stand-up striking and various clinching techniques. Muay Thai is “the art of eight limbs” because of the combined use of two fists, two elbows, two knees and two shins. Muay Thai is associated with good physical preparation, and makes a full-contact fighter very efficient.

Boxing/Kickboxing

Condition the whole body, building strength, endurance, balance, agility and coordination all at the same time while learning actual boxing & kickboxing techniques.  Break down the core of boxing & kickboxing through ring drills, and focusing on footwork, head movement, punches, kicks, knees, elbows, stance and fluidity.

Judo

Judo is a dynamic combat sport that creates and demands both physical prowess and great mental discipline.
Standing, it involves techniques that allow you to lift and throw your opponents onto their backs. On the ground, it includes techniques that allow you to pin your opponents to the ground, control them, and apply various chokeholds or joint locks until submission.
